AboutThe trail network in the foothills of Mount Timpanogos near the mouth of Provo Canyon offer quick access for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking. The trails are unmarked and often difficult to find and navigate. Maps, descriptions and other resources are provided to help you explore the trail system. The trails are known by various names. Since the trails are not officially managed, each group has their own names for the trails. We hope this website can unify the trail names. We have tried to learn the trail names from many groups and to respect the long-standing names (alternate names are included in the trail descriptions). In some cases long trails were broken into segments with new names to make it easier to describe routes (sequences of trails linked together) - usually because one or more trails branch from the long trail. Hopefully you will appreciate the logic in this approach and will adopt these names. Feel free to leave comments regarding any trail (login with Google to leave comments). NOTE: This site is new - consider this a beta release with improvements to come. News
