Appropriate exercise can help recovery and management of many conditions.  By exercising with an experienced personal trainer like you can develop a greater insight and more control over your condition.   I have spent 6 months working with the outpatient physiotherapists and chronic pain team at Torbay Hospital developing my skills in helping people overcome many different problems.
