Welcome to the new website of Tigers Ski Club

Tigers ski club in Sunderland is a recreational development and racing ski club based at Silksworth Ski Slope , Sunderland, Tyne and Wear for the training,coaching and education of adults and children throughout the North East.

Tigers ski squad has been operating for some 15 years and provides quality, ongoing and affordable coaching for adults and children in the Northern region of England.

Tigers ski club in the northeast of England spends a concentrated effort on the technical aspects of skiing. It is clear amongst coaches that the technical elements must be learned with time outside of slalom poles and then tested within this environment.

Therefore ski club participants will spend a larger quantity of time improving their technical skill on the dry slope before testing this ability in a variety of racing situations.

Our ski club coaching programme includes skiing development from snowplough steering to racing level and includes:

Covering Sunderland, Newcastle, Durham, Tyne and Wear and further afield, we are based at Sunderland Ski Centre on a Thursday evening from  6.30pm  - 8.30pm.
