Welcome to Tierra Shores 411 in Menifee, CA!
Welcome to the Tierra Shores Community information site. Here you can find out about the things that are going on in our gated community. We will post information such as meetings, trash days, street sweeping, lost or missing animals or items for all the members of our community. We understand that some renters may not receive the community newsletter, so we wanted to provide a place where anyone could find out about what is going on in the lovely Tierra Shores community that we call home.
This will be an information only website and any questions or concerns in the community should still be addressed to our Management team at Cannon Management. You can find their information in the Directory section. You may however, subscribe to receive posts when anything new is put into the Announcement or Lost and Found sections. This should keep you most current on what is going on in the neighborhood.
Information is added to this site on a regular basis so please continue to check back with us for any updates with the community. Thank you
UPDATE ON Changing CC&R's
You still have time bring your ballots to the homeowners meeting at 6pm 1/24/2012
SECURITY CAMERA'S ARE WORKING!!!
At this time, the board is continuing to improve our revamped camera system so that our community may be better served. More efficient cameras will be added to several different areas to add better coverage. This will include Merit Bay boat ramp, the park on Cottonwood Cove, the basketball court, the RV Lot and the pedestrian gates. As well as producing a more concise view of our streets. Given a wider range, this will enable security to work more effectively and give the residents within Tierra Shores more peace of mind in regards to disturbances, malicious behavior and vandalism in our common areas. Please be aware that the surveillance cameras are recording 24/7 for the safety and well-being of our Tierra Shores Community.
To all our new residents we send our greetings and hope to meet you soon! Thank you to all the residents that have attended HOA meetings in the past and we appreciate all your comments and suggestions on ways to help make this community a better place. Thank you to the Board as well...we appreciate all that you do to try and make this community a safe, pleasant and friendly neighborhood!
