Salary upto Rs. 14,000 or More + Attractive Incentives + Free transport + Food coupons.

Eligibility:

* Under Graduates with min 6 months continuous experience or 18 months gap after PUC.

* Any Graduates with or without experience.

* No BE’s, MBA, MCA or any other professional course.

* Typing speed of 30wpm

* Very Good Communication Skills.

*Hardware & networking skills person will be given preference for technical support.

Job Profile:

* Starting salary will be from Rs.11,000 or more for fresher and even more for those who are experience in same field.

* Maximum Incentive of 6,000 per month depending on how much work.

* Food coupons of Rs.750 will be given per month and free transport from door pick up and door drop.

* Maximum amount of Rs.70000 or fees paid will given per year for any courses you will do during your stay with company.

* Most of these processes are day shift or evening shift, Night shifts are very rare.

Interview Procedure:

During interview, they are usually 3 rounds for all the process, but few have 4 rounds:-

Round 1:

Introduction: You have to give a general introduction about yourself.

OR

Essay writing: You will be asks to write an essay of around 200-300 hundred words in 15 minutes for general topic.

Round 2:

Aptitude or skill Test: You will be asks to answer 25 multiple choice questions. (There will be one question and 4 different answers and you have tick the correct answer.)

OR

Technical Test: You may be also ask to take a technical test of around 20-25 question, if it is a technical process. (There will be one question and 4 answers to that question and you have tick the correct answer.)

OR

Email Writing: You will be asks to write an email as a customer support executive.

OR

HR round: You have to give general introduction about yourself and answer the questions that the HR will ask to you.

Round 3:

Operation round: You will be asks question about the technical knowledge and skills by the operation manager. You may also have to answer questions about your work experience and education background.

OR

Telephonic round: When you clear the entire above round, you will receive a call from HR and manager.

Round 4:

Typing Test: Typing test will be the last round that you have go through. You should have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per min.

Documentation: If you are selected, then you need to bring all the original academic documents and other document such as work experience.
