DCPI (Dutch Customer Performance Index)

In January 2010, we started a new initiative to measure a Company’s Customer Performance: The Dutch Customer Performance Index (DCPI) – a new, objective, and validated index for measuring customer performance. The Dutch Customer Performance Index is an initiative of the Customer Insights Center of the University of Groningen, marketing intelligence bureau MIcompany and the market research firm MetrixLab. We aim to conduct our research on a regular basis for 80 of the largest service providers in The Netherlands. Our research is based on a research base of 4.000 Dutch consumers
