 My research is focused on the genetic connectivity, phylogenetic relationships, and taxonomy of marine sand-associated gastropods. Key species are the moon snails (Family Naticidae), a gastropod family of burrowing species, which show broad distribution patterns adapted to several sandy habitats. The research integrates molecular haplotype analysis, phylogenetic reconstructions, and population genetic techniques.
