Welcome to The Write Book.
I have redesigned my concept here, a bit, so bear with me. Originally I had 'The Write Book', which served as a forum for people in the publishing industry to network in one place. I have recently found it necessary to divide the concept up to better serve the community.
The Write Book is now devoted to authors, exclusively. As writers, we have some points of discussion that aren't relevent to the rest of the industry.
The Write Group includes authors, but is also the extended family: the publishing industry as a whole. A place to connect with others who can work on collaborations. Authors need editors, illustrators need authors, publishers need new books, artists intersted in illustrating who have not yet entered the industry... networking with others will help to improve our own craft and advance our careers.
The Write Group
We are a community of authors, illustrators, designers, songwriters, musicians and other artists. We publish books (fiction, non-fiction, and children's books), e-books (instructional), and programs (instructional), as well as articles. We connect with each other on a project-by-project basis. We share knowledge and seek to improve our own skills as well as mentor those who are starting out.
