Willow Hill Daycare is staffed with professional educated providers who are receiving ongoing education via classroom and internet training and are certified with the state and have First Aid & CPR certification. We are NOT the typical babysitter. We are educated professionals that will be teaching your child letters, numbers, colors, weather, time & date, science & discovery, health & nutrition and so much more. The fees that are stated cover everything that your child will need to flourish both socially and educationally. Meals, snacks, formula and baby food are all included in the fees. Parents will only be responsible to supply diapers & wipes. **NOTE: WILLOW DAYCARE PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY!** A non-refundable deposit will be due upon signing of the parent/provider contract along with payment of the first week of care. This ensures that your spot will be held and will NOT be refunded for any reason.
Fees are to be paid regardless of the child's attendance. Payment for childcare will be due on the Friday BEFORE care is given. A late fee of $5.00 per day will be assessed for every day thereafter. Accounts that are more than 1 week over due must be paid in full before childcare is allowed to continue at the onset of the second week delinquent. Payments are to be made via personal check or cash and to be handed directly to the provider on duty. Payments will be processed over the weekend and receipts will be issued the following Monday. There will be a $30 returned check fee for EACH returned check that will be due immediately. Parents will only be allowed one returned check and will need to pay cash after that. **NOTE; THERE WILL BE A YEARLY COST OF LIVING INCREASE OF 6% FOR ALL PARENTS STARTING JANUARY 1, 2009
Fee schedule for Willow Hill Daycare is as follows and are set upon full time rates. ( minimum of 4 days per week ) * Infants - 0 - 1 year - $140 per week = $28 per day * Toddlers - 1 - 5 years - $125 per week = $25 per day Fee schedule for Willow Hill Daycare is as follows and are set upon part time rates. ( minimum of 3 days per week ) * Infants - 0 - 1 year - $110 per week = $37 per day * Toddlers - 1 - 5 years - $32 per day Fee schedule for before and after school children will be $8.00 per hour. Drop-in daily rates for any age is $30 per day. (these rates are flat rates no matter how many hours that the child is in the center and will cover any meals/snacks that the child will receive) |
