How to sell your books; both "new" and "used":

1. You need to make an account on PayPal, which is free and simple to create. You can create one following this link and choose “Premier” type after choosing your residing country.

2. Make sure that you use the same email address for this which you use for contacting us. We will send you the money to your PayPal account by using the email address you use for creating the account there.

3. Download the form for the details of the book(s) you want to sell with us.

4. After completing the form, attach the form along with the email you send to us at thetibetanvoice@gmail.com .

5. Once we have received your email with details of the book(s), we will create a profile for your book(s) on our page for the sell so that people all over the world can see the book(s) available to buy.

6. When somebody decides to buy your copy(ies) of the book(s), we will receive an email along with their mailing/post address. And this mailing/post address we will forward it to you at the email address provided to us by you. We will also send you the money for book plus postage at this point in time to your PayPal account.

7. As soon as you receive the money and the address from us, you will make a book parcel and send/post the book(s) to the buyer.

8. Once you will have sent the book(s) through your local post office, this round of the order will be completed.

More details on “how it works”:

When you decide to sell a book or many books on our website, we need you to provide us with details of the book(s) on the “Form for Books to Be Sold” and with this form you will give us the price you set for each copy of the book(s) – eg, $5 plus the price for shipping/postage, say, $2.

When a buyer orders your book(s) online and we receive the money, say, $5 for the book and $2 for the shipping with the total of $7. From this amount the online account holder (PayPal) for transferring the price money will take “3.4%” away. So finally we will get 96.6 % out of $7. Now from the total money we will have received we will take the $2 for the shipping aside and untouched, and from the remaining money, we take 10% for creating and keeping your book profile(s) on our website, selling it/them to customers, and finally connecting you with the buyer.

The final total you’ll get from $7: the online account holder (PayPal) takes 3.4 %. Then we divide the remaining money into two, $2 for the shipping, and the rest as one. From this remaining money, after putting the $2 for the shipping aside, we take 10%. Now you will get the remaining money plus the $2 for the shipping.  

The grand total you will get on your PayPal account is: $6.2858 (based on the example of $5 for the book and $2 for the shipping).
