The Public Prosecutors are in charge of prosecuting criminal cases in the Magistrates' Courts. To be employed as a Public Prosecutor one must be of good standing, be proficient in English and should possess GCE A-Levels. The offices of the Public Prosecutors are located at the Attorney General's Chambers. The Public Prosecutors are subordinates to the Attorney General.
