The Rock Consulting Group is a metro Washington, D.C. (Silver Spring, Maryland) based urban community-building consulting firm. The firm specailizes in urban economic, political and social community-building.

We help our clients implement programs and projects while planning for the future.

We assist our clients as they develop community-building plans and projects. We work to solve problems, train staff and volunteers, improve board/staff relationships, develop marketing plans, workshops, and conferences, conduct research, and evaluate programs outcomes.

In general, we acquire the information our clients need to chart the course for their organization’s future. We have an array of consultants who develop comprehensive, principle-driven approaches to economic and social revitalization that highlights relationships and among residents, partners, stakeholders and others who care about their community.
