The Thermodynamics 2009 registration fee includes: entrance to all sessions, the book of abstracts, daily lunches, refreshments and the conference banquet,
Please note that the Registration fee does not include accommodation nor conference banquet tickets for spouses.
Use this link to access the registration page. You will be redirected to the MMS Conferencing webspace and ultimately to a secure webpage for payment. The deadline for registration is the 31st of August.
There will be no on-site registration.
Hotels in London close to the conference venue may be very expensive. You are strongly advised to book your stay as early as possible. Furthermore, there are other meetings taking place in South Kensington and we expect the local hotels to be booked solid close to the meeting date. Here are some options:
- There is a limited number of single and double rooms reserved at sensible prices ( £68/90 per night including VAT & breakfast) for the confrerence atendees at the recently renovated Southside and Beit Halls within campus. These will be distributed on a first come-first serve basis and you will not be able to book them after August 20. To book a room, please phone the college accomodation office (+44 20 7594 9507/9511 ) or e-mail ( accommodationlink@imperial.ac.uk ) and quote "THERMODYNAMICS 2009"
