Presentation guidelines

Posters

Most participants will present their work in the two poster sessions. We have provision for poster boards of 1m x 1m thus strongly suggest posters in A1 portrait format.

Young Investigator short talks

There are four special sessions where young researchers will promote their work in short presentations slots. Here young researchers will have a chance of presenting 2 or 3 slides corresponding to a brief overview of the main points of the work during 5 minutes in a session before the poster sessions. Additionally, they will be asked to present this work in a poster session, where there will be a chance for questions, discussion and live interactions.

Oral Contributions

Selected oral contributions are 15 minute presentations (including questions) in parallel sessions. A video projector will be supplied. Any other audio-visual equipment should be requested in advvance.

Pleanaries

Invited plenaries are 35 minute presentations with a further 5 minutes for questions and discussions
