A coffeehouse ministry at Rocky Ridge ChurchIn January 2008, Nikki Diehl started a coffee house ministry here at Rocky Ridge called the “The Refuge”. It will be a place to come and fellowship, drink coffee or tea, and enjoy great music. Why is it called “The Refuge”? She wanted the name to have something to do with The Rock, because that is a name for God. “The Refuge” comes from Psalm 18, which says, “my God is my Rock in whom I take refuge”. Who can come? Anyone. A lot of events in our world are targeted for kids and teens. Nikki’s vision is to make this a place for anyone, any age, to come and feel that they belong.
