Bioenergetic Exercise Classes work with the energy patterns of the body through breathing, stretching, grounding and self expression. 

Bioenergetic Exercise Classes are not a form of psychotherapy, but an instrument: 
  • to bring the organism closer to his state of natural balance, health, mind-body well-being, 
  • to increase the level of energy and vitality, 
  • to improve the ability to feel and experience pleasure
by releasing muscular tensions and chronic holdings in our bodies and improving body self-awareness. 
 
 Through a series of gentle and powerful exercises tense areas of the body are gradually opened in the neck, hips, joints, pelvis, shoulders and ankles. As a result the energy can start to move more freely, allowing the body 
to regain its natural aliveness and vitality.
We also work on deepening the respiration. This helps building inner strength, mobility and flexibility. It also increases aliveness and energy in the body, reduces and releases stress, encourages voice, self expression and fun.
