I am a student at The University of West of England studying Psychology and am conducting this study as my final year research project. In this study you will be asked to complete several questionnaires about yourself and before you decide to participate it is important that you understand the reasons for the research and what it will involve. Please read the following carefully and do not hesitate to email me if there is anything you are unclear about or would like to understand further. What is the purpose of this research and what will I have to do? The present study is investigating a number of issues around students lifestyles, and their thoughts feelings and actions.. You will be asked to complete a number of questionnaires based on your thoughts and behaviours on several things. This should take no longer than 30 minutes. Why have I been asked and do I have to take part? Your participation is completely voluntary, if you do decide to take part you can refer back to this page for future reference and will be asked to complete an on-line consent form. You are free to withdraw at any point by closing the browser. Is this information confidential and held securely, and what will be done with the results? All the data you provide will be stored in password-protected computer files under an anonymous identifier and used on a confidential basis. The computer data and the resulting analysed data will be held for as long as it retains research value, but will never be personally identifiable.. Do you have any further questions?
