disciplines. Combining elements of yoga, dance, music & poetry, they create entertaining, meaningful events that uplift the spirit. JoeSmellow, musical director, takes the lead in composing original music for each dance. An extraordinary multi-instrumentalist, Joe plays guitar, keyboard, native flute, didjeridoo, and more. Sara High Speiser adds vocals ranging from the earthy to angelic. Gerasimous adds bass and drums along with Jeffrey Hellman on drums and percussion to lend steadiness, embellishment, and additional intensity.
