Naturist Swimming Club
We are a friendly club, open to all genuine naturists. Why not give it a try - swim, sauna and relax in a pleasant, friendly environment. A naturist swim is just like using any other public pool, but without costumes. The same standard of behaviour is required as would be expected at a conventional public swim. The club is affiliated to the Central Council for British Naturism (C.C.B.N.). New Venue from January 2012: (Update 9th January 2012) With the closure of the previous venue, in December, The Potteries Swim club (TPS) is now located right next door at the new £10m Jubilee2, with the first Swim being on Sunday 15th January 2012. Unfortunately, the new venue means that the Club has had to accept some significant changes, the most drastic being the new start time of 8pm and the finishing time of 9.30pm. This is due to the new facility being open to the public from 8am until 8pm (Old Jubilee Pool closed at 6pm). This has come as a complete surprise to the Club committee, who were shown a schedule for the new facility as early as last August and clearly saw TPS as having the same timings at the new pool as at the old. The Club were only informed of this new development on the 5th January, so unfortunately we have to accept this arrangement for the time being, or close down. Hopefully this arrangement will be a short term
inconvenience and once the operational logistics of the new building are known,
we may be able to find a way to bring the start time forward. Swim fees for the reduced hours are significantly reduced from the old prices. (Visitors, please bring ID or BN card).
