I am Maricar Castillo, a postgraduate student from the University of
Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. I am currently doing my final project for
my degree in Business Psychology. I am sending you this e-mail in the hopes
that you will be able to assist me with my dissertation.
I am doing a leadership training programme for PNA-UK, and I would need to find
out the training needs of the organisation in terms of leadership development.
In order to do so, I would need respondents for the questionnaire that I have
constructed so that I may be able to design a programme that would be of use to
the organisation. However, I am not sure if I will be able to meet the minimum
target number of respondents which is 50. I am hoping that you would be able to
