Booking Procedure
Due to the large demand for the wedding party dates, we respectfully request that you note all of the points listed below before selecting your particular choices.
* Provisonal bookings will be accepted but must be confirmed by means of a deposit within 14 days. A minimum deposit of £200.00 is required to secure all bookings.
* Final party numbers must be forwarded at least 7 days prior to the wedding date. Full payment must be made the day prior to the wedding date.
* Children between the ages of 3 and 11 years inclusive will be charged at 66% of the adult rate: children under 3 are free of charge.
* Payment by credit card is accepted, however a surcharge of 2% will be levied and will be subject to the usual authorisation.
* Refund of deposit will only be made as outlined below:
Cancellation 12 full months notice by letter 50%
Cancellation 8 full months notice by letter 25% Cancellation under 8 months none |
