The Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goat is a surprisingly good milker.  They're highly intelligent, remarkably friendly creatures. And, since they're active, extremely agile and very curious, their antics can amuse you for hours.  The breed's smaller size, friendly personality and variation in coat color make Nigerians very appealing.  Despite their small size, Nigerian does kid very easily. But the best thing is the fact that Nigerian milk has extremely high butterfat and protein content. Unlike cow milk, the cream will not separate on its own, so goat milk products will be much smoother and creamier and goat's milk appears whiter than cow's milk.  Goat's milk also has many characteristics that make it wonderful for the skin.  Because of its unique protein structure it leaves the skin feeling silky smooth.
