The Club for General Fitness and Self Defence Welcome,
We are The NorthwickPk Club serving the local Community, catering for the Community . We are open to All, irrespective of your abilities in generic fitness and Self Defence disciplines( We actively promote Choi Kwang Do- as our primary means of Self Defence).
Whether you are a beginner or practitioner looking to try something different , you are very welcome to come along and join us.
We accept members from from the age range (Children 5 years+ to Adults).
We are affliated members of Baron Choi Kwang Do and train under Master Baron recognised as the Most Senior Instructor in the UK.
