Thomas Blake, Vindiciæ foederis, or, A treatise of the covenant of God enterd with man-kinde, (London: Printed by Abel Roper, 1658).
The reader will note how Blake seeks to build on the mainstream consensus position represented in Ball and Burgess, whom he cites on pg. 210 as proving that the covenant "delivered by Moses to the people of Israel, was a covenant of grace." Blake goes on to say that "this is so largely proved to my hand by Master Ball in his Treatise of the Covenant, page 102, 103, 104, and Master Burges in his Vindiciae legis, page 224, 225, that I may spare my paines..."
