The attachment below is a sample reading response letter. You will notice that it must have 3 paragraphs, and within each paragraph is a reading strategy from CROP-QV. For example, paragraph one has a prediction and an explanation of that prediction. Paragraph two has an “I wonder” statement, so it is a questioning strategy. Paragraph three is an opinion or a reaction because it explains how I felt when I read a part of the story. |
