What I stand for as an educator:

• Empowerment: Teach students self empowerment to use their minds to solve issues they will encounter; academically, technically, socially and emotionally. 
• Respect: Create a respectful atomosphere that induces learning, cooperation, comfort and trust. 
• Preparation: Prepare students to be successful in education beyond the campus of Modoc Middle School.
• Application: To send my students with these above skills and ability to apply them to lead a successful life. 
• Motivation: To inspire my students to strive for their personal goals.
