ARTICLE III – MEMBERS
Section l: Members
The corporation shall have no voting members but reserves the right amend it’s bylaws at a later time to include voting members.
Section 2: Membership Provisions
The terms and conditions of all future membership shall be set out in an Addendum to these Bylaws.
Founders Note: this article refers to our service clients.
Board Member are voting members, except in the case
of Advisory Board Members.
