Meet the Band!
(lead vocals, ukelele, bottle caps)
A beautiful, soulful voice and a bad-ass with a ukulele, Blythe is a musical force to be reckoned with, especially with her original percussion instrument of bottle caps, can pull tabs, and BB's strung together on her legs! Co-founder of The Galt Line, her original songs and high energy make her a blast to watch. Check out her original posters and merchandise!
Willie Gammell
(guitar, vocals)
He began playing the guitar at the age of 15, and Willie hasn't stopped since! His incredible speed and agility, combined with a great ear for unique sounds and melodies, make him one of the most talented axe-men you can see live. Co-founder of The Galt Line, he contributes original songs, merch input and extreme dedication to this amazing band!
Past Additional Members - thanks for your help and support!
(bass)
You may know him better as the infamous rock n' roll pirate, Captain Ronzo!
Ron tours with The Galt Line and provides a smooth bass line for them on the road and when the band rolls into his hometown of NYC. When he's not rocking with The Galt Line, you can see him playing on his own around NYC - check him out on his webpage:
Mateo Steiner
(drums)
Frontman for Los Amigos de Mateo in Lexington, KY, Mateo rocks the house with The Galt Line whenever they roll into town! His musical background includes rock, hip hop, blues, and eveything in between - make sure to catch him playing with The Galt Line and Los Amigos de Mateo!
(bass, vocals)
Friends of Willie and Blythe since high school, Brian plays with The Galt Line
as often as possible during their shows in the Mid-Atlantic region, including MD, VA, and D.C. He has been playing his bass since the tender age of 14,
and you don't want to miss him slapping his bass into submission!
Mary Kate S. Truesdale
(bodhran)
Longtime buddies of The Galt Line, Mary Kate picked up a Gaelic drum called the bodhran in October 2009, and has been playing with The Galt Line ever since! You can catch her banging away at most MD, VA, and D.C. shows - don't forget to ask about the blood spot on her drum from some intense shows!
