Work in Progress: An Evening of Theatre of the Oppressed Performance
This
event will showcase the work of the participants of the Forum Project's
Intro to Theatre of the Oppressed course and youth from the Performing Truth series. In this Forum Theatre

oppression. We will play the scenes several times and invite the
audience to stop the action and try to break the oppression. The event
is engaging, enlightening, and lots of fun! Come for the performance, stay for the revolution! Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 7:00 PM At the Dorothy Strelsin Theatre in the Abingdon Arts Complex (info) 312 West 36th Street, 1st Floor, just west of 8th Avenue (map)

There are only 56 seats in the theatre, so please RSVP by sending an email to leigh@theforumproject.org and come early!
