A fantastic super-hero game by Chad Underkoffler.  Because I love it so much, I just had to house-rule the hell out of it.  Those rules are in the attached document.

Then, I started thinking that maybe house-ruling was too mild.  So I started a entire rewrite of the game for my own use.  A pretty heavy rewrite.  That's attached here as well as The Never-Ending Battle (i.e. "a never-ending battle for truth and justice" ).
