I'm near the end of of a 15-month Swedish massage program at the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle. I love this school and what it offers! The bulk of this training is in Swedish massage for treatment and relaxation. I've also learned (and LOVE to use) some myofascial release techniques.

I seek guidance from other energy workers and bodyworkers. I'm keenly interested in shamanic journeys, Hellerwork, and the Chinese medicinal system.
