The Food Feastivals are currently residing also at the Old Mill Kitchen Design Company in McHenry Illinois. The fuel for the Feastival engines is supplied by Chef Michael Niksic. He plays a key role in promoting, producing and conducting cooking programs at these locations.
The Food Feastivals are the most fun you can have while sampling and learning about food & beverages! The events are inclusive of great food, consumer oriented food vendors, restaurants, caterers, kitchen equipment, utensils, place settings, crafts, food manufacturer, importers, domestic products, and much more. There will be wine tastings, micro breweries, liquor distributors, music, reference materials covering a wide range of food and eating topics, competitions for gingerbread house building & various baking categories will all be open to the general public for prizes and awards.
The Food Feastivals will also have a strong sense of community, sponsoring clothing, food, school supply and toy drives for the needy. We will also be heading efforts to support the families of our troops who are experiencing extended calls to duty by their loved ones by centering efforts to gather household goods, food & sundries to help support their families.
