I once went to South America. It was there I established a headquarters for the coup d'état I was planning with a group of American expatriates. Our plan was to seize power from the central government and eventually develop the nation into an interstellar super power. That failed. I was imprisoned for several years, but managed to escape within the first few days inside; aided by the coded map of the prison I had tattooed onto my body prior to my incarceration.

I fled to Australia, finding work as an auto mechanic. Shortly afterward, the Australian government collapsed after the economy imploded. In the absence of any central authority, crime rates sky-rocketed, and I decided to return to a way of life I thought I had abandoned years ago. I joined a squad of highway patrolmen, and battled the roving motorcycle gangs the emerged in the lawless wake of the collapse. We were the dam upstream from civilization, keeping at bay the currents of chaos.
