When it comes to letting your property, we have two options that we offer our potential landlords:
Finders Only Service: This service involves finding a suitable tenant for your property and then handing the tenancy over for you to manage. We carry out all the necessary paperwork, checks, agreements etc to get you started and then hand the collection of rent and contact with the tenant over to you.
Full Management: Our full management service does exactly what it says on the tin. As with our Finders Only Service, we will scope out potential tenants for you, fill in forms, draw up agreements but we also manage the properties rent collection and any problems the tenants or yourself may come across whether that be a leak under the sink or a lick of paint in the bathroom.
