WELCOME TO THE DESERT HABITAT!

As we continue to research habitats, remember that a habitat is a place where plants and animals live and adapt in order to survive.  The purpose of this pathfinder is to help you answer the key questions we have been asking as we travel to the desert.

1. What are the key features of the desert habitat?
2. What organisms live in this habitat?
3. What adaptations help the organism live in this habitat?

Today we will be discovering the amazing desert.  I know, I know, the desert is just a hot and dry place.  How could this be interesting?  Well, get ready to learn how cool the desert can be!

Before we begin, let me give you some directions.  Words in red can be clicked on and will take you to a new page.  Words highlighted can be clicked on and will take you to the glossary where the definition of your word will be found.  There is the bar on the left side that can always get you back home and will also let you click on any other page in this pathfinder.
The pages are also listed at the bottom of each page.

Are you ready?  Then let's get started...
