Chaplains are normally on duty Monday to Friday 0830 to 1630 hrs.
At all other times, there is a Chaplain on call.

The Chapel
The Chapel was dedicated on Ascension Day 1999. Until that time there was no Chapel on this site. There was a Chapel at the General Hospital, and the Trust felt it was important to have a Chapel here knowing that the General Hospital was soon to close.
The Chapel provides a place of peace and calm in the middle of a busy hospital where patients, visitors, and staff can spend a few moments in reflection or prayer. Candles can be lit, and a visitors book gives an opportunity for comments to be made
