My Vision of Christ
In the year of 2004, I was sitting in my chair reading the Bible. When I closed the Bible, I laid my head back against the chair to close my eyes for one second. I had a slight vision of Christ’s disciples. They were all in a boat on the water. I thought, “I have read the Bible too much. Maybe I’m just a little tired.”
A few weeks had gone by. I was lying in my bed, but I was not sleep. I had a vision of a man in a white robe. He appeared to me wet. I could see him in my insight. I asked myself, “If it is Christ that I see, why is he appearing to me wet? Why do I see water?”
A couple of nights later, I went to bed and started dreaming that I was seeing big beautiful waves out in the water. As I was standing on land, I saw the man in the white robe that appeared to look like Christ. He was on the water running. I ran out into the water and caught up with him. I took him by the arm. Then my arm was locked in his arm. We were running together. I did not know why he was running. I asked him what was wrong. He would not answer or look at me. I told him not to be mad because I thought he was angry. He was running so fast that my feet were beginning to be lifted up off of the water. My arm was still locked in his arm. But soon, I turned him a loose and ran back to where there was land. In the dream, I was afraid.
When I woke up, I was a little sad. I thought, “Why did I let Jesus go? I know it was the Lord. What did the dream mean?”
Then I heard a voice in my conscience saying, “It is not a dream.”
Joel 2:28 said , “And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: .....”
Guardian
I can not tell you the angel’s race. That I do not know. He was just pure white as snow. I can only imagine what he would have looked like in color. So I decided to make two illustrations. I made a black and white illustration and a colored illustration. The
black and white illustration is how I actually saw him.
What does the Bible say about angels? They have appeared to people in the Bible like Jacob (Gen. 32:24-30) and Abraham (Gen. 18:1-33). They are spiritual beings. Angels have superhuman power, and they have knowledge.
Don’t Worship Angels
We are not supposed to bow down to angels according to Rev. 22:8-9. Rev. 22:8 said, “And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.”
Rev. 22:9 said, “Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and
of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. Also read Rev. 19:10.
God is the only one that we are supposed to worship. God made the angels just like he made human beings. Even the angels worship God. God is our creator. One of the Ten Commandments said, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” So if you ever see an angel, remember not to fall down to worship him. Worship God only.
The Lord Spoke to me About Knowledge
On March 12, 1997, I was down on my knees praying one night. As I was praying, I saw a man with a long white beard, long white hair, and long white robe. I could see him in my insight. The man in my vision appeared to look like Christ or a prophet. He said to me, “Learn the computer and what’s happening around you.” He had a gigantic book in his lap. It was the biggest book I had ever seen. I don’t know what was written in the book As I sketched out the picture on paper, I decided to leave the pages blank.
In the vision, I also saw a computer with creative pictures on the screen flashing through my mind. I did not want to learn about computers. My mother sent me to Craven Community College in NC. I did not want to go to college. Then the spirit of the Lord spoke to me and told me that I should go. When I went to the college, I learnt how to use the computer. I learnt the basics. Right now today, I am working with the computer and illustrating my vision.
Then I remembered in the year of 1995 that the Lord spoke to me about knowledge. He said to me, “Those who study the word (The Bible) will have more knowledge than those in college.”
Now I remember a verse from the Bible. Daniel 12:4 said, “But thou, O Daniel, shut
up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”
I would like to say to the entire world that God is interested in us and what we do. He loves us and will spend time with us. We need to love him and spend time with him. God will show you things.
Jeremiah 33:3 said, “Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew the great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”
Heaven Looking Down at Earth
There were times when I would just close my eyes and see things. In a vision, I once saw some angelic people looking down at earth from heaven. They appeared to be in the sky standing on clouds. I have seen visions of angels, angelic people, and men with crowns at different times. I know that they are all one big heavenly family.
Christ and Water
This is a vision I had of an image that looked like Christ. He did not look wet but there were small drops of water dripping from his robe. This is a vision I had of Christ right before I had the dream of running on water with him. I thought about the baptism of Christ (St.Luke 3:20-22).

Ezekiel's Vision
Four Living Creatures
In Ezekiel 1:1, Ezekiel said that he saw visions of God. Now, we know that no man can see God and live; but we can see visions of God. (Verse 3) Ezekiel also heard the voice of God. The word of the Lord came expressly to him, and the hand of the Lord was there upon him.
God can open up our eyes to see visions today. He can open our ears to hear his voice, and he can open our hearts and minds to receive.
Ezekiel saw four living creatures (verse 5). Their appearance was the likeness of a man. (Verse 6) And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings. (Verse 7) And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf’s foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass. (Verse 8) And they had the hands of a man under their wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and their wings. (Verse 10) They four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle. (Verse 11) There wings were stretched upward: two wings of every one were joined one to another; and two covered their bodies.
(Verse 13) As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps: it went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning
The Appearance of the Wheels
Ezekiel saw one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces (verse 15). The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the color of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel (verse 16). As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four (verse 18). According to verse 20, the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
To my understanding, at first, Ezekiel saw the wheel as one wheel according to verse 15. After that, he saw it was four, but they four had one likeness according to verse 16. According to verse 5, Ezekiel saw four living creatures. Verse 20 tells us about the living creature with no s on the end of the word. As you read on from the Bible yourself, you will learn more about Ezekiel’s vision. I am still studying the first chapter.
The Illustration
Here is how I see Ezekiel’s vision. I made the illustration in the form of a collage showing the wheel and one creature. Ezekiel’s vision is bigger than I can imagine it. The illustration is just an idea of how one of the four living creatures and the wheel might have looked. |
