projects that support our youth
and community development.
Upcoming Opportunities: Assist at a Crow Sun Dance July 2012 Twenty hardy volunteers needed to haul, cook, clean, build a lodge and otherwise assist at a sacred ceremony. Minimum commitment two weeks. Requirements: Ability to follow directions. Positive attitude. Interest and respect for Native American spirituality. Cultural sensitivity a must. Very rustic conditions. Exact date will be set in January. Center Pole Cultural Summer Camp 2012 and Basketball/International Traditional Games Experience Ten volunteer mentors needed to assist at a summer camp for 7-13 year old Crow students. Navy Midshipmen Spend Spring Break 2011 at the Center Pole Twelve U.S. Naval Academy students put their muscles to good use
mid-March at the Center Pole. Their spring break projects included everything from fixing
up a barn to building a wheel chair ramp for an elderly woman who had
