Our family, established in Monroeville, PA, on February 21, 2004, has doubled in size in less than 4 years.  We welcomed Benjamin in January 2005 and Caitlyn in September 2006, along with a home-based business in 2006, into the walls of our 3 bedroom, split entry home in Plum.  Now, bursting at the seams, we decided to create a new chapeter of our lives and are building our second home together.  We aren't asking much... just 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths (to start), an office, a fire place and walk in closets!  :)

After some looking at a couple of builders, a wonderful person that I only knew online, and now call my friend (and share a name with), recommended K. Hovnanian Homes to me (Thanks Dawn!).  We went and checked them out, loved what we saw, and signed on the line with the X... here we go!
