Students, faculty, and staff can volunteer for the BIG Event in a group or as an individual. Forms are available in the Student Government Office (Rankin 121) or at http://studentgov.ferris.edu/

    Signing up as a group: all groups must designate a group leader. Group leaders will be in charge of keeping in contact with the BIG Event Committee and signing up volunteers. Groups can have no more than 10 volunteers (including group leader). If a group exceeds 10 volunteers, a new group volunteer form will have to be filled out and another Group leader will have to be assigned

    Signing up as an individual: all individual volunteers will have to fill out a volunteer form. They will be placed into an individual volunteer group.

ALL GROUP LEADERS AND INDIVIDUAL VOLUNTEERS MUST ATTEND ONE MANDATORY VOLUNTEER MEETING

-          April 1^st, 2009 7 PM in FLITE 133

    *If a group leader or individual cannot make it to a meeting, they must contact Liz Cottrell or Claire Gould in the Student Government office at 231-591-2611 immediately

    Note: Volunteers are expected to provide their own transportation to the houses. If a volunteer has no transportation please contact the Student Government Office.
