This report is based on the ECC Captain's Report on Umpires. As it has been proved during the ECC Trophy we would like to use it for all ÖCV-ACA Competition Matches.

As decided at the last ÖCV-ACA Meeting the attached Offence Giudelines and the Disciplinary Procedures shall apply for all ÖCV-ACA Competition Matches

A preliminary Umpires appointment for 2005 has been sent to Mike Bailey who is publishing it on the ÖCV-ACA Homepage.

As discussed at the last ÖCV-ACA Meeting we forwarded the Offence Giudelines and the Disciplinary Procedures for all ÖCV-ACA Competition Matches to Mike Bailey. Additionally, a Captain's Report on Umpires has been sent to Mike. All these documents will be published soon.

We would like to thank Andrew Simpson-Parker for his excellent work as Chairman of the ÖCV-ACA for the past years. We regret his resignation but fully understand his situation. We wish him and his family all the best. 

We congratulate Mike Bailey as new Chairman of the ÖCV-ACA.

As a result from the last League Meeting (Ligasitzung) on 24th of February, 2005, each member club of the Austrian Cricket Association (AVA) should send by email a list of "umpires" from their clubs to Mike Bailey and to AUCUS. The list should include the full name, phone number, and email address of the persons who are willing to do the Umpiring in the league matches in 2005.

Refering to the draft of the Playing Conditions and Disciplinary Code, we would ask you to send any proposals or adjustments to  Mike B., ACA and to us.

The Cricket Club Velden '91 will hold its Velden International Sixes over the weekend from 25th June to 26th June 2005. The board of executives of CC Velden '91 invited us again to appoint three umpires for this tournament.
