About installing the Aaahh Gharnapatee program.



As we become more sensitive and vulnerable to each other, the “mouse clicks” of our interpersonal cues provoke emotion. This can strongly impact our acquired “software”, and a breakdown of our inherent “operating system” may easily occur.

In the Aaahh framework a different setting applies. The linear binary system has receded and yielded to the ongoing particle-wave flows. The binary clicks of yes or no have been transformed into a spiral movement.

This creates a different dynamic between our computing systems and us.

A little about the Aaahh program:

This program consists of 3 folders.

1. "Issues we need to individually address" folder.

2. "Neutral issues" folder, in which issues are not clear and may be pending.

3. "Positive issues" folder, content we positively and consistently can relate to.
We try to “file “into these 3 "folders" whatever wells up inside us, or whatever situations we may encounter. We also may refer to the content of these folders, as we would to the daily fluctuations of a stock exchange and its effects on our shares and therefore, material assets. Only here, we are talking about the Aaahh model; each individual balance sheet is linked to our community/group balance sheet and how this affects our collective daily balance.
Your linear emotional "mouse clicks", sooner or later, will strongly (in one way or another) impact on your powerful binary system of "Yes/No".
Without adequate community support, there exists the risk for you to become a dissociated computer-like being, allied with the computer as your best (and perhaps only) friend.
A main feature and technique of the Aaahh program is to:

1.Be personal.
2.Immediate.
3.Communicate this without using articulate language, especially when issues cannot be addressed or resolved with ordinary language. Be able at any moment in our communications, to come to an emotional/psychological conclusions without using normal language.

Instead of a language of ideas and word associations, as our psychological driver and main communication tool for giving meaning, tone of voice, imagery, facial expressions, touch, artistic expressions etc., create associations of deeper primary meaning {forming the main vehicle for our communications and interactions}which apply to a greater extent in times of confusion or in conflict resolution.

We let go of normal language, and by using up to 3 articulate words, we go into a release mode through improvisation without using our ordinary language. In this mood and with the help of psychological markers, we shape our interactions through negotiation until we reach a mutual flow and thus improve our energies. Such interactions are linked to the synergy between the Maba, Imme and Hama alignment techniques. (see "The 3 Alignment Techniques") These interactions help us to achieve a more flexible, inclusive and meaningful vibration model of communication.

Such an immediately personal dynamic can help very much those of us who have communication and relationship issues, and have this as their utmost priority in life.

This childlike “abc” educational approach, with the help of additional practices and meditation techniques, help us to learn and generate a new, different and more emotionally sustainable personal and community dynamic.

This vibrational flow between individual and group is not structured to accommodate rigid linear rules of “do” and “don’t”. Rather it facilitates re-adjustments to a community culture which is created with the help of the Aaahh practices and meditations. When practiced, these help us with our “mouse clicks” to go from a strict binary yes/no linear vibrational space into a spiral movement wherein our yes or no are part of a circular continuum of the Aaahh culture.

Q: At this very moment, with my psychosocial Settings, where do I click to go to change and improve or balance my present Settings?

A: It follows that you know your computer method more or less and have identified your priorities and have started to do the Aaahh program preparatory personal/group techniques and meditations.
And now, you can emotionally click, (at the blink of an eye) to minimize or change the Settings of 'this moment of imbalance'.

Q: What can these group settings do for me?

A: With the help of personal and group interactive practices and meditations you will be able to go from an atomic-individual to a wave~level being bridging that existing psychological gap of the me focus~to~the~Us focus. You will, in a wavelike~slow~motion morph into this act. Your voice, manners, eye contact, body language, thinking etc will become less jagged, spasmodic and unpredictable. Your vibe and that of the Community will more easily tackle arising conflicts through this ongoing flow of synchronicity between you and the group, between subject-object. You will feel better about yourself and your friends. New and different friendships will reverberate into the larger community.

Although it may seem paradoxical , most of us, in using the binary mouse click linear system, can still find that primordial space where community stands at the centre of our being. However, we must be ready for it.
