1st Annual Fire Brigade Benefit car show in Jefferson, Texas, Sept. 26, 2009

The weather was great, the food was good and the auction benefitted the Jefferson Volunteer Fire Department - what more could one ask for?

I feared I wouldn't win due to all the pretty T-birds there, but I think they cancelled each other out.  Or, my car was the only Met there, so I got 2nd place in 50's class.  First place went to a beautiful '54 Pontiac.  Best of Show went to an immaculate '41 Cadillac, owned locally.
