Mission Statement
The mission of our organization is to focus the talents and experiences of geotechnical engineering students to the following areas:
- Enhance awareness of geotechnical engineering among students
- Provide a forum to discuss current events and new technologies with peers
- Foster an exciting learning environment
In order to achieve our mission we organize seminars with presenters from the industry (Industry Speaker Series) to expose us to the current challenges of the Geotechnical Engineering practice and improve our knowledge with the lessons learned from real projects.
Happy faces after a great presentation of one of our Industry Speaker Series accompanied with pizza and beverages!
We also promote seminars with UT Geotech students showing their research work, so we all can interact and learn from each other on the hot topics and state-of-the-art research being conducted among the several branches of Geotechnical Engineering.
Please, explore our website and enjoy it!
