Short Biography

Tevfik Yücek received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2001, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of South Florida in 2003 and 2007 respectively. During his graduate studies, he has worked as teaching assistant for numerous graduate and undergraduate level courses and taught a senior-level undergraduate course on communications. Dr. Yücek is working as staff engineer at Qualcomm Atheros Inc. His research interests are in signal processing techniques for wireless multicarrier systems and cognitive radio.
