We hold a Spring and Fall meeting.
Through these meetings we co-ordinate our various club tournaments and jitneys prior to submitting them to the OLBA Annual.
We also determine the sites for the District Playdowns that will lead to the Provincial Championships.
For the past few years we have made arrangements for 3 District Jitneys - one early in the season, one in mid summer, and one near the end of the season.
