Further to this please be advised that in Japan shipments must clear customs when they are exported just as when they enter. In order for us to clear you shipment accordingly we will require some documentation from you. Please note this as outlined below:

1.        A clear copy of the picture page of your passport

2.       A clear copy of your visa for the destination country(if applicable)

3.       A clear copy of your flight ticket or your flight itinerary from the airline

4.       A clear copy of your boarding pass stub

Kindly note that while a clear fax is sufficient, scanning and e-mailing these documents to us is recommended.

In addition while we understand that this is a very busy time and there are many things going on we ask that you please provide these documents to us in a timely fashion to avoid any delay with your shipment and remember that we are here to help you.
