As with in the international moving arena, we have set the standard with our tailored local move system, utilizing our full time professional packers and logistics skills, to provide you with professional full door-to-door services:

STARTING OUT:

Contact Phoenix to schedule a physical survey of your households goods with one of our trained Move Management Coordinators (MMC). A physical survey is of the utmost importance as it allows us to ascertain your move requirements (such as the following)

A)    Total estimated weight / volume of your items

B)    Length of time required to conduct your move

C)    Costs to complete the service

D)    Allows us to arrange any special services which may be required (e.g. pianos, crane use etc…)

Once the survey has been completed, we will compile a detailed survey report to be sent to the appropriate party (i.e. to yourself or to your company).
