i am a soundartist from kristiansand, norway. operating in the field of experimental music; acoustic, electroacoustic & electronic. working with simple tools, my project - so far - has been to make & collect sounds in my house and the immediate local environment. i use contactmicrophones, digital recorder & other cheap (and not so cheap) microphones. found objects are also important parts in my sound-compositions, that be a scrap toy car, floorlamp, dried leaves or a piece of wood. i also use instruments like 4 & 12 string bass guitars, 3 stringed acoustic guitar, flutes & a mouth organ coming from an accordion. often the compositions - or the soundpictures - are a study of one object, worked with in a software-editor. the compositions often comes to life through improvisations - deconstructed & reworked.
