You will need Mura's Meister Copies for this Tutorial

 

Open a new Image 600 x 600 White

Copy and Paste Frame6 .. Resize 80%

Copy and Paste Bow5 .. Position at the bottom of your Frame .. Drop Shadow .. Close off your background layer and merge Visable the other 2 Layers

Image .. Resize 50% .. Apply Mura's Meister Copies with the Following settings 

 

 Image .. Resize 90%

Adjust .. Blur .. Gaussian Blur set at 20 .. Effects .. Texture Effects ..Blinds with the Following settings

 

Copy and Paste Frame 6 .. Resize 90% All Layers Unchecked .. Sharpen .. Drop Shadow

Copy and Paste your tube .. Resize if needed to fit inside you Circle Frame

Move you tube layer Below your Frame ..Blend Mode Luminance .. Opacity around 70

Copy and Paste Swag 1 .. Resize 70% .. and Position Below your Tube Layer

Duplicate your Frame Layer and move 1 of the Frame Layers below your Swag Layer

On your Top Frame Layer Erase Parts of your frame on the left side so the swags infront of your frame .. see my Tag for reference

Copy and Paste Butterfly 2 .. Resize 30% .. Drop Shadow .. Position .. Duplicate and Position

Add your Tube again and all Correct Copyright to your Finished Tag
